SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on Triplesvn are processed within 1–2 business days from the order date.

Once processed, items are delivered within 7–10 days.

During festivals or peak seasons, deliveries may take longer due to high order volumes or courier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Triplesvn, we currently do not accept returns as we are a small business.

However, we do accept exchanges in cases where the item received is defective or Incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3–4 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. If the request is found to be genuine, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or an equivalent product.

Please note that the shipping cost for exchanges will be covered by the customer.
